The Purpose of Brooks Bible Church

As the body of Christ we purpose:

To lead people to Jesus and into membership in His family.

To disciple them toward maturity, and

To equip them for their ministry in the church, and for their mission in the world.

All in order to magnify God as a local Bible-believing, independent church.

This statement is based upon:

Matthew 22:37-39 – Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. ³⁹ And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

The Great Commission:

Matthew 28:19-20 – “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
